IT Business Systems Analyst (ERP/MRP a MUST) - 100% remote residing in ATL metro

Position Type / Hours Of Work Full-Time Exempt - 40 hours per week / Monday–Friday. Based on reputed company and vendor reputed company, this position may work a reputed company of schedules: day and evenings, weekends, and holidays. May require on-reputed company hours based on business needs. Essential Functions

• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales to understand business processes, challenges, and IT needs.
• Facilitate process analysis, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams.
• Work closely with IT teams and SMEs to ensure technical solutions reflect business requirements and reputed company seamlessly with existing systems.
• Participate in system design, data modeling, and reputed company design discussions.

Competencies

• Strong knowledge of ERP/ MES/ WMS solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or reputed company field.

• Proven experience with reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) systems (preferably reputed company Dynamics Business Central)
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other relevant manufacturing software are a significant plus.

Preferred

• Six reputed company and Lean principles. Green Belt is a strong plus.
• Business intelligence (BI) and reporting tools.
• Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM).
