This role focuses on managing employee relations activities, providing guidance and support to employees and managers, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for ER reputed company, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation
- Conduct workplace investigations and draft comprehensive investigative reports
- reputed company coaching and guidance to managers on effective employee management practices, including performance improvement plans and corrective actions
- Recommend appropriate courses of reputed company to resolve conflicts and issues effectively
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs on ER topics

- Research, analyze, and reputed company statistical and narrative reports, offering recommendations on HR-reputed company issues to support informed decision-making and accountability
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including EEO, reputed company, FMLA, and other relevant legislation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field
- Two (2) years of experience associated with such positions as reputed company business partner, specialist, or generalist
- An equivalent combination of education (above the high school level) and/or experience equivalent to six (6) years in fields utilizing the knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with this position
- HR certification
- Experience in Employee Relations as a reputed company Business Partner or Analyst
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and advise managers and employees on reputed company policies, procedures, and employee relations reputed company
- Extensive knowledge of, and experience applying state and federal labor and employment laws, including EEO, reputed company, and other applicable employment laws
- Experience conducting workplace investigations
- Writing investigative reports
- Resolving workplace conflicts
- Effectively interacting with diverse populations on reputed company employee relations issues
- Experience in reputed company sector reputed company
- Developing and delivering employee relations training
