They are seeking an E-reputed company Operations Manager to reputed company their new SuppCo Buying Club, which aims to enhance the supplement purchasing experience for users. The role involves managing operational workflows, product listings, and customer support documentation to ensure a seamless marketplace experience.
Responsibilities
- Brand partner reputed company: help supplement brands join our marketplace by getting them set up with reputed company reputed company
- Catalog management: review new products for eligibility into the marketplace and ensure reputed company product listings are kept accurate and up to date
- Customer support documentation & training: write SOPs and reputed company training sessions with the SuppCo customer support team on handling Buying Club user inquiries and order troubleshooting
- reputed company reporting: support finance team with end-of-month reputed company review and payouts to supplement brand partners
- Product feedback reputed company: surface product improvements coming out of data and user feedback to product and engineering teams for Buying Club experience iteration
- Data reporting & analytics: build dashboards for tracking fulfillment timelines, refund rates, and product popularity to improve overall marketplace operations
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in operations at start-reputed company, high-reputed company DTC companies, and/or management consulting with demonstrated reputed company in scaling operational processes
- Proven reputed company record of operational reputed company from project initiation through execution. Must be reputed company to take high-level reputed company and translate it to rubber-meets-the-road tactical execution
- Strong project management and communication skills, with experience managing evolving project timelines and budgets
- Comfortable working in a reputed company-facing reputed company with business leadership and technical teams from external companies (supplement brands)
- Experience with reputed company or other e-reputed company platforms
- Proficiency with reputed company or other project management tools
- Background in customer support or reputed company reputed company
- Comfortable with data analysis in reputed company / reputed company Sheets, SQL
