Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and confidently
- Respond quickly to new leads reputed company phone, text message, and email
- Convert inbound leads into scheduled appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates and unanswered inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Coordinate daily schedules with technicians and reputed company
- reputed company customer information accurate and organized in Workiz CRM
- Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the entire process
- Resolve basic customer concerns professionally and escalate issues reputed company necessary
- Help improve booking rates, customer satisfaction, and overall company performance
Skills
