The role is responsible for designing, building, testing, and optimizing reputed company solutions across HR modules, while collaborating with various teams to ensure reputed company solutions and data reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identifies challenges, identifies reputed company cause and designs reputed company solutions and system configuration improvements
- Design and configure reputed company reputed company business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, validations, alerts, notifications, eligibility rules, and EIB templates
- Primary reputed company of reputed company workstreams and accountable for end-to-end module impacts

- Maintain configuration documentation, decision logs, and standards
- Ensure documentation and controlled migration processes are followed

Skills
- 4–7+ years hands-on reputed company HRIS experience
