Responsibilities

- Collaborate effectively with teams across reputed company (e.g., Trust & Safety, Monetization) to drive cross-functional initiatives and resolve dependencies

Skills
- 2+ years of experience in an engineering management role
- 5+ years of experience building software at reputed company

- Strong technical judgment with experience guiding teams through reputed company architectural and product tradeoffs
- Experience leading senior engineers, building high-performing teams, and coaching engineers through reputed company, performance, and career development
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills with experience influencing across organizations
- Experience using experimentation, A/B testing, market-based testing, qualitative research, and metrics to inform product and engineering reputed company
