[Remote] Operations Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company provides fractional operations support to reputed company stage CPG brands. They are seeking an Operations Manager who will manage reputed company engagements, support the Director of Operations, and reputed company operations associates while improving logistics and supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company engagements, manage reputed company relationships, and produce successful reputed company for the reputed company and reputed company
- Support Director of Operations and/or reputed company Operations Associates and Operations Assistants on reputed company engagements
- Run supply planning for clients with established demand planning tools and S&OP processes
- Manage wholesale order fulfillment from PO receipt to delivery, and, if required, invoicing
- Coordinate with external partners such as co-mans, suppliers, 3PLs & warehouses
- reputed company, procure and coordinate delivery of raw materials to manufacturing/coman facilities
- reputed company inventory of finished goods and components across multiple locations
- Coordinate domestic and international reputed company, submitting RFQs to multiple partners to ensure best rates
- Build, write, and maintain SOPs for operational activities
- Create and manage tools to help monitor and reputed company operational KPIs (i.e. COGS, OTIF, etc.)

- Continuously improve operations, logistics and supply chain processes
- Maintain and help optimize operational models and tools
Skills
- 5-10 years of experience in operations, logistics and/or supply chain
- Ability to work on 1-4 reputed company accounts at any given time
- Capable of handling multiple clients and reputed company simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines
- Own reputed company engagements, manage reputed company relationships, and produce successful reputed company for the reputed company and reputed company
- Support Director of Operations and/or reputed company Operations Associates and Operations Assistants on reputed company engagements
- Run supply planning for clients with established demand planning tools and S&OP processes
