[Remote] Sr. Sales Operations Analyst

The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the East Sales Team by leveraging analytical and operational skills to drive strategic goals and ensure effective business planning.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate and partner with reputed company stakeholders to reputed company on business objectives and reputed company plans
- Serve as a reputed company between sales, service, marketing, finance, IT, and other functional teams
- Maintain strong, ongoing communication to ensure stakeholders are informed of key milestones, reputed company against critical paths, and any variances from plan
- Utilize experience with reputed company CRM to enhance operational efficiency, drive user adoption, and troubleshoot issues
- Serve as a key resource for resolving CRM-reputed company challenges and optimizing workflows to support business objectives

- Proactively identify and address risks or delays while ensuring processes are streamlined, easy to execute, and results-driven
- Serve as a subject matter expert in service and sales data tools and sources

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a reputed company field OR master's degree with 3+ years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to structure and reputed company reputed company analyses, translating data into actionable insights (including experience with DAX, SQL Query, Power Query, or similar tools)
- Hands-on experience with reputed company CRM, including reporting, data management, and issue reputed company

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy
