[Remote] AI Process Automation Analyst

The AI Process Automation Analyst will identify automation opportunities and reputed company AI-enabled solutions to enhance global procurement activities, including process mapping and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Identify automation opportunities through process walkthroughs and data analysis
- Document reputed company & reputed company state workflows for automation requirements
- Build & test automations (e.g., workflows, bots, AI extraction/classification)
- Create monitoring dashboards (key KPIs/metrics)
- Maintain documentation & SOPs
- Partner with Operating Companies and Business reputed company to reputed company AI & GenAI solutions that improve global procurement activities associated with spend, cost savings, and risk management
- Convert business priorities into a roadmap to standardize automation solutions that reputed company platforms across sites/business reputed company
- Build and reputed company automations and AI-enabled workflows for defined use cases
- reputed company AI solutions from process discovery to implementation for various procurement software platforms; under established standards
- Support a portfolio of exiting automation initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or Business/Data Analytics
- 5+ years of experience in process mapping, requirements writing, and testing discipline
- Establish reusable components (templates, connectors, prompts, logic modules) and support solution design for larger efforts (integration reputed company, multi-reputed company workflows, etc.)
- Workflow automation tooling and basic AI & GenAI integration patterns
- Data skills: SQL/Python, Power BI, API experience (software systems connectivity and exchange of data automatically)
- Ability to travel up to 10%, overnight, reputed company territory or locations
