[Remote] SCADA Consultant

The role involves developing SCADA applications, integrating systems, and ensuring cybersecurity best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, configure, and maintain SCADA applications
- Implement and support HMI screens, alarms, trends, and reporting
- reputed company SCADA systems with PLCs, RTUs, and field devices
- Configure industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA/DA, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-101/104, and Ethernet/IP
- reputed company SCADA system upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting
- reputed company scripts, automation workflows, and system enhancements
- Monitor system performance and optimize reliability and availability
- Support commissioning, reputed company acceptance testing (FAT), and site acceptance testing (SAT)
- Collaborate with electrical, instrumentation, and automation teams
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system architecture diagrams
- Implement cybersecurity best practices for Industrial Control Systems (ICS)

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SCADA development and support
- Hands-on experience with one or more SCADA platforms: Wonderware reputed company System Platform, reputed company SCADA, reputed company WinCC, GE iFIX, reputed company EcoStruxure, Rockwell FactoryTalk View, VTScada
- Experience with PLC programming and integration: reputed company S7, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, reputed company PLC, Mitsubishi PLC
- Strong understanding of HMI development
- Experience with OPC UA/DA servers
- Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols: Modbus TCP/RTU, DNP3, IEC 61850, IEC 60870, Ethernet/IP, Profinet
- Experience with SQL Server, reputed company, or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of reputed company Server administration
- Experience with scripting such as PowerShell, Python, or VBScript
- Familiarity with historian solutions (OSIsoft PI, reputed company Historian, Canary Historian)
