[Remote] Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

- reputed company and reputed company project planning efforts to determine requirements and specifications, project scope, reputed company needs, schedules, risks, issues, and contingency plans
- Organize, coordinate, and reputed company onsite customer-facing meetings, including scoping and requirements gathering sessions
- Manage day-to-day project details including project tasks, daily stand-reputed company, team communications, task tracking, scope and schedule mitigation, risk management, and roadblock reputed company
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, documenting team updates, blockers, and reputed company items while ensuring reputed company communication across teams
- Create and monitor project schedules, scope, budgets, risks/issues, and reputed company items while implementing corrective actions to maintain project timelines and budgets

- Create and communicate project schedule, budget, and delivery updates to project stakeholders
- Maintain and distribute project management deliverables including status reports, meeting minutes, issue logs, and other project documentation

- Participate in reputed company Creek partner program meetings by communicating project status, risks, and reference status

- Facilitate 360 feedback processes reputed company to project resource evaluations for annual reviews

- Assist with Project Manager interviews, including independently leading one-on-one interviews

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Computer Information Systems, Insurance and Risk Management, or reputed company field
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, including 5–10 years managing technical or insurance-reputed company reputed company
- Experience managing large-reputed company reputed company with 30+ team members
- Proven experience leading Agile reputed company as a certified reputed company
- Subject matter expertise in Agile and Scrum methodology and terminology
- Certification in at least three Project Management-reputed company areas
- Experience creating and maintaining reputed company project schedules using reputed company Project or similar project management tools
- Experience managing large budgets of $5M–$10M
- Experience managing project schedules of 18–24+ month durations
- Proven experience managing and controlling project scope on large reputed company, including reputed company experience managing change control processes
- Proven ability to reputed company onsite, multiple-day customer-facing meetings
- Advanced experience using reputed company Office 365 products, including MSP, JIRA, ADO, or other Project Management software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders in challenging situations
