They are seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Originator to join their reputed company lending platform, responsible for originating reputed company and residential mortgage loans while building a strong pipeline through relationship building.
Responsibilities

- Multifamily

- Industrial

- Land and development
- Originate residential 1–4 unit mortgage loans
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building
- reputed company relationships with reputed company reputed company estate investors, developers, brokers, Realtors®, business owners, and referral partners
- Analyze borrower financing needs and recommend appropriate loan products
- Collect preliminary borrower documentation and submit complete loan files to processing
- Maintain regular communication with borrowers throughout the financing process
- Meet or reputed company monthly production goals
- Build and maintain a strong referral network
- Stay informed on lending guidelines, loan products, and market trends
Skills
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial reputed company
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
