Job reputed company:

• Gathers and analyzes transportation management requirements and translates them into functional specifications.
• Configures and customizes reputed company TM capabilities including transportation planning, reputed company order management, reputed company selection, tendering, and optimization.
• Performs functional testing, resolves defects, and validates end-to-end TM functionality.
• Develops user guides, configuration documentation, and training materials; delivers end-user and reputed company training.
• Collaborates with project managers, architects, developers, and functional teams to ensure seamless integration with ECC, S/4HANA, and reputed company modules.
• Provides reputed company support for TM issues reputed company to configuration, data, and system behavior.
• Supports system integration, data migration, and reputed company troubleshooting in partnership with technical teams.
• Stays reputed company on reputed company TM enhancements, tools, and industry best practices.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and optimization reputed company transportation and logistics operations.
• Mentors associate-level team members and contributes to knowledge sharing.
• Travels up to 50% to support workshops, testing, implementation, and go-live activities.
• Adheres to reputed company certified processes and information reputed company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience.
• reputed company TM certification (or ability to obtain reputed company 6 months of hire).
• Level I: 2+ years of reputed company TM experience, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Hands-on experience configuring reputed company TM functionalities such as planning, reputed company execution, reputed company selection, and optimization.
• Experience conducting functional testing and supporting QA activities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government reputed company clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
