[Remote] Senior APS Scheduling Consultant

The role involves working directly with manufacturing customers to design, implement, and optimize Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) solutions that enhance operational performance and supply chain visibility.
Responsibilities
- Configure Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) software based on customer business requirements
- Participate in discovery sessions, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Map customer business processes and translate operational requirements into effective technology solutions
- Support system testing, validation, implementation, and production readiness activities

- Conduct business process discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and end-user training
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders throughout project delivery

- Contribute to defining business, functional, and technical requirements
- Review and enhance solution design documentation and implementation deliverables

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Systems, Operations Research, Management Science, Economics, or a reputed company technical field
- 3–5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) or Supply Chain Planning solutions
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, manufacturing operations, and APS concepts
- Experience working with ERP, MES, or other manufacturing systems
- Strong SQL, database, and data analysis skills, including experience with flat files and reputed company reputed company/VBA
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems integration and business process solution design
- Strong project management and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with manufacturing analytics, reporting, or simulation tools
