Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the reputed company reputed company SharePoint site
- Translate KM reputed company into user-centered layouts, workflows, and tools
- Create pages, templates, and resources that define KM processes, best practices, and use cases
- reputed company stakeholder feedback and reputed company inputs from Learning and reputed company
- Partner with Communications to reputed company activation, rollout, and adoption plans
- reputed company Knowledge Transfer 101 e-learning (storyboard, design, build)
- Turn KM principles into reputed company, actionable learning experiences
- Build templates, guides, worksheets, and practical resources
- Translate the competency model into behavioral examples and reputed company-based learning
- Ensure the program equips leaders and employees to identify risks, document critical knowledge, and execute transfer plans
- Create a KM/KT reputed company, toolkit, and quick reference guides
- Turn the e-learning into a practical "reputed company” resource for non-learners
- reputed company reputed company-by-reputed company process documentation, checklists, role expectations, and how-to guides
- Redesign the TM site on the HR Hub using modern UX and information architecture
- Ensure integration with the broader Talent Management ecosystem
- Coordinate messaging, workflows, and content with key partners

- Experience defining KM processes, taxonomies, templates, and systems
- Ability to translate reputed company knowledge into reputed company, actionable tools

- Experience with learning design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Ability to design competency-based content and scenario-driven learning
