Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- 10+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, preferably in a standalone HR Generalist, HR Manager, or Business Partner role
- Experience in a growing/scaling company
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience managing payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, reputed company, and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, reputed company-oriented organization
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll platforms, and reputed company Office applications
- Must be local to Ponte Vedra Beach, FL - this is a remote role, up to 10% travel required
