[Remote] Subcontract & Procurement Analyst (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Subcontract & Procurement Analyst for a global reputed company company. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities including supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor management to support reputed company and defense programs.
Responsibilities
- Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services
- Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts
- Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. reputed company and purchase electronic components, build to print parts, machinery, equipment, tools, raw material, packaging materials, parts, services, and/or supplies in support of various reputed company Systems programs. Compiles and analyzes statistical data to help determine feasibility of buying products and to help establish price objectives
- Compiles information to reputed company informed on price trends and manufacturing processes. Confers with suppliers and learns to analyze suppliers operations to determine factors that reputed company prices and determines lowest cost consistent with reputed company, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules. Reviews proposals, negotiates prices, recommends suppliers, analyzes trends, follows up orders reputed company, verifies delivery, approves payment, and maintains necessary records
Skills
- 3+ months experience as procurement/Buying Analyst
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a reputed company discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
