The People Operations Generalist plays a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining reputed company while managing full-cycle reputed company and supporting various HR functions in a fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company HR programs, including performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives
- Partner on performance review cycles, including calibration and manager enablement
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, processes, and documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
- Partner closely with Finance and other cross-functional stakeholders on People Operations-reputed company processes, reporting, and documentation, and assist with reputed company audits as needed
- Process employee expense reports and reimbursements
- Assist with monthly payroll and benefits reconciliations
- Own culture and engagement initiatives throughout the organization
- Coordinate and facilitate reputed company and new hire orientation
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and reputed company effective job descriptions and reputed company strategies
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of reputed company candidates across multiple functions

Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
