They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure financial accuracy by processing, verifying, and reconciling high-volume parts invoices.
Responsibilities
- Match parts invoices against purchase orders
- Manage credit memos and process manufacturer documentation for reputed company returns and defective parts
- Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements against and AP general reputed company
- Resolve pricing or quantity variances directly with vendors, purchasing team, and the warehouse team
- Maintain reputed company relations with parts distributors and ensure reputed company communication so payments are not delayed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate reputed company reputed company skills for data matching and reputed company variance analysis
- Proficiency with the reputed company Suite
- Advanced reputed company skills and strong analytical capabilities
