[Remote] Operations Specialist III

The Operations Specialist III will be responsible for drafting foreclosure chronologies, handling reputed company requests, and ensuring accurate communication and record-keeping.
Responsibilities
- Draft and upload detailed foreclosure chronologies
- Monitor internal case management systems and reputed company facing case management systems for pending chronology requests based off servicer requirements and written requests
- Handle reputed company requests for foreclosure reputed company information
- Communicate with clients to confirm receipt of chronology requests and to follow up for needed information reputed company applicable
- Complete reputed company systems reputed company
- Reconcile reputed company facing case management systems such as BKFS/ICE with our internal case management system to confirm reputed company reputed company reputed company was met in the reputed company process
- Review and determine what impediments impacted the reputed company of individual referrals to the firm and accurately update the corresponding chronology
- Reproject reputed company system steps
- Ensure that reputed company work is completed accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company work completed
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Identify areas for process improvement and reputed company recommendations for change

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
