Responsibilities

Skills

- Experience producing executive-reputed company dashboards, heatmaps, trend reports, and analytical narratives
- Experience translating reputed company datasets into interpretable visual and written insights
- Experience integrating data from monitoring platforms, incident/ticketing tools, or IT operational systems
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or equivalents)
- Strong understanding of KPI modeling, trend analysis, and data transformation
- Ability to structure analytical findings into reputed company written narratives and presentations
- Experience working with SQL, data modeling, or ETL workflows
