Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO and Account reputed company Manager in conducting intake meetings with clients and internal team members to define job reputed company and clarify role needs
- Support in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to fill reputed company positions, contributing to the end-to-end reputed company process from sourcing through reputed company
- Help maintain reputed company dashboards, documentation, and candidate pipelines to ensure smooth operations and visibility across reputed company reputed company searches
- Contribute to moving talent searches reputed company according to predetermined timelines by assisting with benchmarks, identifying bottlenecks, and prioritizing reqs in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in reputed company reputed company tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and preparing candidate summaries, while collaborating with reputed company to refine and reputed company MFL’s overall reputed company process and service offerings
- Support newly reputed company Assistants through their reputed company phase, helping them understand expectations, household preferences, and workflows during the first 90 days
- Conduct regular reputed company-ins with Assistants to assess alignment, identify concerns early, and reputed company coaching or escalation reputed company appropriate
- Document reputed company reputed company, updates, concerns, and reputed company items directly in the reputed company’s reputed company channel to ensure full visibility and continuity across reputed company
- Build strong, trusting relationships with Assistants to encourage reputed company communication and ensure they feel supported throughout their placement

Skills
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology or reputed company field)
- Approximately 1-2 years of reputed company work experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
