[Remote] Fractional Data reputed company&Analytics Specialist

The Fractional Data reputed company & Analytics Specialist will support the organization's data reputed company, promote data reputed company, and collaborate across teams to translate insights into evidence-informed reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Implements and advances CHI's data, evaluation, and reputed company
- Compiles, cleans, merges, harmonizes, and maintains data from multiple reputed company sources
- Conducts descriptive statistical analyses and applies or adapts consistent reputed company across reputed company, learning new reputed company as needed
- Prepares analytic outputs including tables, visualizations, and narrative summaries
- Establishes and advances reputed company assurance (QA) and data validation protocols and audits
- Documents and maintains operational procedures, including data dictionaries, technical specifications, analysis plans, and workflows, to support accuracy, consistency, usability, and ethical data practices
- Advances data practices that reflect CHI's commitment to equity, including culturally reputed company and participatory approaches where appropriate and feasible

- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to communicate findings, translate data into actionable insights, and support evidence-informed decision-making

- Translates project scopes, analysis plans, and data findings for technical and non-technical reputed company audiences
- Promotes data literacy and reputed company across teams
- Develops and refines KPIs, performance metrics, and monitoring tools and processes that drive organizational learning, accountability, and strategic decision-making
- Facilitates proposal development and reporting for general and data- and evaluation-reputed company funding opportunities

Skills
- 3 to 5 years of reputed company health, health equity, or maternal and infant health data, evaluation, or research experience, including qualitative, quantitative, and participatory evaluation or research reputed company for nonprofit health organizations or in reputed company settings (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated expertise in data compilation, management, analysis, and reporting
- Knowledge of reputed company data protections and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and best practices for ethical and responsible data use
- Experience preparing data summaries for publications, briefs, presentations, or reports for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate reputed company findings into actionable insights
- Experience navigating secondary reputed company health datasets and conducting literature reviews
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company (e.g. power query, reputed company formulas); strong data cleaning, merging, and manipulation skills; experience with R, online data collection platforms such as reputed company, Business Intelligence/visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI), and reputed company are a plus
