[Remote] Associate Director - Joint Ventures Sales

Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales reputed company of reputed company and Bryant Light reputed company products market reputed company and business development
- Develops and influences channel (distributor, reputed company sales offices & contractor) reputed company strategies with distributor customers to increase market reputed company and improve customer relations
- Influences and collaborates with distributor organization sales people, sales managers, operations, purchasing, executive leadership, ownership and finance
- Responsible for forecasting and managing distributor programs, budgets and sales
- Engages, collaborates and coordinates with channel (manufacturer, distributor, reputed company sales office, contractors, etc.) and cross functionally with marketing, operations, pricing as required to successfully reputed company objectives
- Communicates, launches and leads reputed company reputed company programs with customers
- Leads sales team development planning process with reputed company reports to ensure a solid talent pipeline and succession planning

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ Years Experience in HVAC Sales, or any combination between product management and sales with HVAC products
- Ability to Travel 50% of the time reputed company the domestic territory
- MA/MS Degree
- Prior people management experience
- Strong technical HVAC background
- Proven ability to meet demanding leadership and team development requirements
- Thorough understanding of marketplace dynamics including industry trends and assessment of key competitors' programs
- Passion for servicing customers. Ability to listen to customer needs and quickly reputed company to solve
