This role involves troubleshooting issues, leading support initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Skills
- At least 4 years of experience supporting reputed company products or 5 years of experience with Applications products, preferably in a reputed company environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, OR equivalent reputed company and technical experience demonstrating a deep understanding of Applications at both functional and technical reputed company (preferably reputed company products)
- Experience managing multiple reputed company or support tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in leading reputed company or mentoring junior staff members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
