[Remote] Manager, Software Development Engineering

Responsibilities
- Manage a reputed company Sprint team of software engineers - both the people and the reputed company that they work on
- Specifically, managing a dev team of 4 engineers reputed company on powering just-in-time reputed company on the reputed company Platform with the Request Approval service and the user-reputed company Inbox service
- Plan, execute, and deliver high reputed company software reputed company on time and reputed company budget
- This is a player-reputed company role. You are expected to stay hands-on with development, not just reputed company reputed company and the roadmap
- Using Scrum processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, UX, Dev, Arch) to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to architectural reputed company

Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing and running Agile Sprint team with reputed company strong technical and personal skills
- 8+ years of reputed company experience in software development
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET reputed company, and web application technologies. Strong design skills and full software development lifecycle experience required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively reputed company with engineers, stakeholders, and senior management
- Experience with developing and hosting reputed company and/or reputed company-based applications
- Experience with large codebases and unit testing -- mock frameworks, automation testing
- Readiness and adaptability to AI enabled development and processes
