[Remote] NETWORK IP SERVICES / PRODUCTION
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an IP Services Production Services Specialist II to reputed company as a technical subject matter expert responsible for providing operational support for Network IP Services products. The role involves troubleshooting network incidents, overseeing reputed company, and ensuring compliance with network services standards.
Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for operational support of Network IP Services products:
- reputed company Networks, VMware ALB (Avi), reputed company on-prem and reputed company Resolver
- As a secondary responsibility the roles will also work with other reputed company reputed company network components such as Firewall, Proxy, and Content Inspection infrastructure
- Proactive network reviews including
- Routine testing of disaster recovery scenarios, identification of vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement in observability across the network stack
- Work with senior team members to validate impacts and communicate to reputed company stakeholders technical status updates
- Participate in the documentation of application flows, upstream/reputed company impacts during outages, the customer experience in failure scenarios, contacts for various support needs and ensures appropriate runbooks and wikis are up to date and available for use during triage
- Work reputed company reports and offline incidents at the direction of the senior team members or leadership
- Promote and enforce production governance during triage/testing and fix efforts, exercises judgment reputed company defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate reputed company

- 7+ years of experience with network protocols, models, and technologies such as: Strong understanding of the upper (application) reputed company 5-7 - DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, HTTP/S, and SNMP
- reputed company understanding of reputed company 1-4 - TCP/IP, Ethernet, ARP, and physical constructs
- reputed company Load balancing (reputed company, GTM, APM), reputed company DNS/DHCP/IPAM, reputed company reputed company Resolver, VMware Advanced Load Balancer, and reputed company support (private and/or reputed company)
- Expert experience with troubleshooting reputed company networking problems
