[Remote] UX Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a UX Designer with a passion for creating user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The role involves conducting user research, defining UX solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the UX process from discovery through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, workshops, surveys, and stakeholder discussions to understand user needs and business objectives
- Define UX concepts, interaction models, and user-centered solutions based on research insights
- Create UX deliverables including: Personas, Customer reputed company Maps, User Flows, Information Architecture, Wireframes, Mockups, Interactive Prototypes
- Plan and facilitate UX workshops, design thinking sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into iterative design improvements
- Design reputed company and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications
- Work reputed company and contribute to an established Design System to ensure consistency across products
- Present design concepts and communicate design rationale effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other designers throughout the product lifecycle
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and reputed company design best practices are followed
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, design reviews, and retrospectives
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while delivering high-reputed company design solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Arts, Psychology, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
- 3 7 years of experience designing user experiences for web and/or mobile applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design reputed company
- Experience with reputed company applications, workflow systems, or reputed company business applications
- Strong understanding of: User-Centered Design (UCD), Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, reputed company Design, Accessibility (WCAG)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-friendly experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
