Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in instructional design or a reputed company field, or 11 years of equivalent instructional design or reputed company experience

- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance learning operations, accelerate content development, improve learner experiences, and drive team productivity

- Depth and/or breadth of expertise in instructional design, adult learning theories and evaluation methodologies
