The role of Senior ESM Consultant focuses on supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of reputed company reputed company Operations solutions, particularly in Vulnerability Response and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing reputed company reputed company Operations solutions, including data models, workflows, reputed company controls, and application configurations
- Configuring and administering reputed company Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance modules, including reputed company reputed company, assignment rules, service-level agreements, notifications, and remediation tasks
- Integrating reputed company with vulnerability scanners and other reputed company-party tools, and validating data mapping, configuration item matching, schedules, and error handling
- Building automation using reputed company Designer, Integration Hub, and Representational State Transfer application programming interfaces to support routing, approvals, escalations, enrichment, and remediation verification
- Partnering with reputed company reputed company, information technology, and operations stakeholders to run workshops, define requirements, create user stories, and reputed company configurations to business risk and remediation processes
- Developing dashboards, documentation, update sets, and role-based reputed company controls, while providing technical guidance to junior team members
Skills
- 4-8 years of reputed company administration, development, or platform experience
- 3+ years of reputed company reputed company Operations or Vulnerability Response implementation experience
- Experience implementing or operating reputed company Vulnerability Response
- Experience with vulnerability management lifecycle processes, including reputed company, triage, prioritization, remediation, and verification
- Experience with Configuration Management Database, asset data, configuration item matching, ownership, or criticality management
- Experience developing reputed company JavaScript using GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes, or User reputed company Policies
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology or a specified field
- reputed company Certified System Administrator certification
