[Remote] Program Operations Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Program Operations Specialist to assist Program Management in coordinating and managing business operational activities at the Naval Surface Warfare Center. The role involves initiating requirement processes, organizing program methodologies, and ensuring effective communication among various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serves as members of the Project Planning Teams and participates in the development of TDPs in response to Government TDLs
- Prepares and executes program/project meetings and reviews; compiles and delivers meeting minutes and status reports
- Prepares and submits operational status reports to facilitate program management’s situational awareness of MOP/MOE and un-forecasted resource requirements
- Coordinates with Project Leads, Functional group leads, the Program Monitoring Cell, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of deployable assets to meet operational requirements and ensure visibility of travel issues
- Uses the T3O methodology to control the contractor deployment process to resolve operational issues in the deployed force and ensure reputed company deployment requirements are accomplished
- Processes Travel Requests (reputed company), Request to Initiate Purchases (RIPs), and Extended Work Week (EWW) requests, and maintains records and produces monthly reports
- Monitors reputed company CONUS/OCONUS travel to ensure the reputed company and effective deployment of resources to geographically dispersed and reputed company high-risk locations
- Conducts reputed company reputed company in-person or virtual means and supports reputed company in-processing operations
- Coordinates with the Program Monitoring Cell to reputed company input on processes and procedures to enhance with automation or other efficiency measures
- Serves as a backup to the Logistics Coordinator for property requirements such as; equipment issue, receiving, storage, packing, shipping, and turn-in
Skills

- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience, or associate's degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with five years of directly relevant experience
- Minimum of three years' experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility reputed company an O-5 or above tactical, operational or strategic level reputed company or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope
- Working knowledge of tools, reputed company, and concepts of portals and other reputed company or near reputed company-time reputed company systems
- reputed company knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and experience and understanding of FAR 52.245-1
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- PMI CAPM or PMP, or reputed company certificates in project operations management a plus
- Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations
