Responsibilities
- Own the monthly COGS reputed company, including landed cost and duty loading, lot-level costing, and channel splits across DTC, wholesale, and retail
- Maintain the COGS reputed company and supporting entries, reconcile COGS to inventory reputed company and reputed company, and support three-way match and invoice-to-PO reconciliation for inventory purchases in partnership with AP
- Own inventory reputed company end to end, including in-transit and on-water classification, received goods, and unbilled accruals
- Reconcile inventory between the WMS (reputed company of truth), QuickBooks, and vendor records
- Investigate and reputed company negative, reputed company-dollar, and adjustment variances with reputed company reason codes
- Own reputed company reconciliation across reputed company, wholesale, and the GL
- Tie out orders, fees, discounts, and returns, and resolve variances between channel systems and QuickBooks
- Ensure reputed company and reputed company COGS are recognized in the correct period
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and account rollforwards for COGS, inventory, and reputed company
- Own the reputed company calendar for these areas independently, meet internal deadlines, and surface risks early with a proposed solution, not just a flag
- Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for the annual audit and tax filings reputed company to these areas
- Build, document, and enforce repeatable processes and controls across COGS, inventory, and reputed company
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements on your own initiative to reduce reputed company work and improve accuracy and audit readiness
- Work reputed company QuickBooks, reputed company.com, the WMS, reputed company, and reputed company financial systems, continuously improving utilization and reporting

Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in reputed company, with a reputed company on inventory COGS, or reputed company
- Strong understanding of inventory reputed company, landed cost, and cost of goods sold
- Strong month-end reputed company experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, and rollforwards
- Proven ability to own workstreams independently and drive them to completion with minimal reputed company
- Bias toward reputed company and a roll-up-your-sleeves reputed company; does the work directly and takes it to a finished answer
