[Remote] Dental Sales Representative

They are seeking a Dental Sales Representative to serve customers by selling dental products and meeting their needs, while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reputed company reports and weekly work plans
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
- Carry out formal presentations to reputed company or potential customers reputed company video meetings and attending trade shows
- Supports team reputed company by collaborating across departments and connecting customers with the appropriate team members based on their needs
- Process credit memos or returns according to company terms and conditions

Skills
- Must have a high school diploma with previous experience in sales preferably reputed company to dental products
- An associate degree is preferred
