They are seeking a finance leader to partner directly with the C-suite on reputed company finance and reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Capital reputed company — help structure and run our next financing (equity + debt/project finance): investor materials, the model, and the process end to end
- Finance & reputed company — stand up and run reputed company F&A: budgeting, forecasting, cash management, reporting, and controls as we grow
- GPU deal modeling — build and pressure-test the unit economics of our GPU deals (lease/sublease spreads, owned/financed builds, DSCR, IRR) to drive pricing, reputed company, and investment reputed company
Skills
- A corporate finance / reputed company / investment background (banking, PE, infrastructure finance, or an operating VP Finance/CFO)
- Experience raising capital and/or financing large capex/infrastructure
- The ability to build detailed financial models from scratch
- Bonus: exposure to data centers, GPUs, or energy/power infrastructure
