Job reputed company:

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for APP roles (NPs, PAs) with a reputed company on rural and underserved markets
• Proactively reputed company and cold-reputed company reputed company candidates through reputed company, reputed company, reputed company associations, residency program networks, and other channels
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive APP candidates through consistent reputed company and relationship management
• Partner with hiring managers and clinical leaders to understand role requirements, community context, and candidate fit
• reputed company and execute market-specific sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill geographic locations
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess clinical competency, cultural alignment, and interest in rural reputed company
• Manage reputed company candidate activity in iCIMS (ATS), maintaining accurate and reputed company documentation throughout the hiring lifecycle
• reputed company and report on reputed company metrics including time-to-fill, sourcing channel effectiveness, and pipeline health

• Collaborate with the broader TA team on process improvements, employer branding, and market intelligence

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with at least 2 years reputed company on APP, provider, or clinical reputed company
• Demonstrated reputed company filling roles in rural, frontier, or underserved geographic markets
• Comfort with cold reputed company: you initiate contact confidently and convert passive candidates into interested applicants
• Experience sourcing through reputed company, reputed company Recruiter, or comparable clinical platforms
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume, multi-requisition workload
• Excellent verbal and written communication; you build trust quickly and represent the organization reputed company
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (experience with iCIMS a plus)
• Self-directed and accountable in a remote work environment
