[Remote] Recruiter, ABA (REMOTE OPPORTUNITY)

As an ABA Recruiter, you will play a vital role in reputed company Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians, ensuring providers can grow their teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, reputed company, and engage reputed company RBT and BT candidates throughout multiple states
- Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ABA providers
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to reputed company
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company candidates
- Utilize reputed company, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to identify reputed company
- Maintain accurate candidate records reputed company our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Skills
- 2+ years of reputed company experience

- Former Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or hands-on ABA field experience strongly preferred. We value candidates who understand the demands of the role because they've worked in the field themselves
- In-depth knowledge of ABA terminology, credentialing, and licensure requirements, including RBT, BCaBA, and BCBA certifications
