Responsibilities

- Own planning and execution of LOA initiatives, including project plans, milestones, timelines, budget tracking, and governance. Drive delivery across multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment to business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Manage Risks, Dependencies, and Issue reputed company
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and cross-functional dependencies. Establish escalation paths, facilitate decision-making, and ensure reputed company reputed company of blockers impacting program delivery
- Drive Stakeholder Engagement and Governance

Skills
- 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience, preferably in HR, Benefits, Leave Administration, or Employee Services
- Proven experience delivering large-reputed company system implementations and integrations
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, reputed company, Hybrid)
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors,) and reputed company-party leave vendors
- Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to convert ambiguous business needs into actionable requirements and delivery plans
