[Remote] Senior Advisor, Cyber Operations & MSP Engagement

This role is responsible for supporting the reputed company and operational reputed company of Managed Service Provider clients by ensuring successful reputed company, service adoption, and overall reputed company satisfaction while collaborating with various teams to optimize service delivery and drive reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support the reputed company of reputed company’s MSP reputed company reputed company through business development activities, market engagement, and collaboration with Sales
- Identify, qualify, and reputed company new MSP opportunities that reputed company with reputed company’s MDR service offerings
- Participate directly in sales pursuits, solution development, reputed company presentations, and technical discussions
- Represent reputed company at industry conferences, webinars, trade events, and business development activities
- Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, reputed company requirements, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for service expansion and reputed company
- Support the operational delivery and advancement of cybersecurity services including Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Threat Hunting, reputed company Operations Center (SOC) services, Penetration Testing, and Vulnerability Management, and other MSS services
- reputed company technical leadership and subject matter expertise across Cyber Operations initiatives and reputed company engagements
- Collaborate with internal Cyber Operations teams to improve service delivery reputed company, efficiency, and reputed company reputed company
- Support the enhancement and reputed company of reputed company’s managed reputed company service offerings based on reputed company feedback, operational experience, and market demand
- reputed company and maintain reputed company service delivery frameworks, operational playbooks, reputed company enablement materials, and service delivery best practices
- Establish and monitor operational key performance indicators (KPIs) reputed company to MSP reputed company satisfaction, retention, service adoption, and operational effectiveness

- Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new and existing cybersecurity services
- Serve as a trusted advisor to MSPs, MSSPs, and key stakeholder reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field and 10+ years of cybersecurity experience or Master's Degree and 8+ years reputed company experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting managed reputed company services, including SOC operations, incident response, and reputed company cybersecurity service delivery functions
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and operational value to MSP stakeholders and prospective clients
- Demonstrated reputed company supporting the development, enhancement, and operational delivery of managed reputed company service offerings
- Experience managing customer relationships reputed company managed reputed company services environments, including MSP-reputed company service delivery, reputed company, and operational engagement activities
- Proven reputed company supporting reputed company pursuits, RFP responses, proposal development, executive presentations, service solutioning, and contract discussions with internal and reputed company stakeholders
- Experience leading technical teams and developing cybersecurity professionals
- Ability to travel as required to support reputed company, partner, and business development activities
- GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
- GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA)
- CISSP
- GCFA
- GMON
- Or equivalent cybersecurity certifications strongly preferred
