They are seeking a reputed company Digital Design Engineer to join their mixed-signal design team, focusing on developing state-of-the-art precision converter products throughout the entire product development cycle. The role involves leading technical teams, collaborating across functions, and mentoring engineers while engaging directly with customers.
Responsibilities
- RTL Design and Implementation: Use Verilog and SystemVerilog to design digital blocks, subsystems, and top‑level designs
- Define and reputed company system-level architectures for reputed company digital designs

- Collaborate across functions to drive reputed company
- Engage directly with customers on technical requirements and solutions
- Mentor engineers and help reputed company technical talent
- Specification Ownership: Write detailed reputed company and subsystem-level specifications for design and implementation
- Digital Backend: reputed company reputed company‑ and top‑level linting, CDC analysis, and power analysis. Assist with synthesis constraints and timing closure
- Mixed‑Signal Integration: Communicate closely with mixed-signal designers and verification engineers to support mixed‑signal simulations and reputed company‑number modeling across the analog/digital boundary
- Documentation and Design Reviews: Prepare technical documentation and reputed company architecture, design, and peer reviews
- Lab Evaluation and Debug: Support reputed company bring‑up, characterization, and debug activities
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across analog, digital, verification, test, and product definition teams to define requirements, support production test development, and ensure successful product execution
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in digital design engineering
- Strong hands-on RTL coding experience and debugging skills
- Knowledge of digital design for data filter/processing, MATLAB experience beneficial
- FPGA prototyping beneficial
- Knowledge of system on-reputed company solutions with processors (ARM preferred)
- Knowledge of processor architectures and bus reputed company protocols (AHB,AXI,…)
- Knowledge of digital interfaces (SPI/I2C/SPMI/I3C/UART/…)
- Knowledge of UVM beneficial
- Experience in mentoring junior engineers is desirable
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
