[Remote] Sr. People Tech Analyst

As a Senior People Tech Analyst, you will support multi-functional reputed company that reputed company People processes through technology, focusing on reputed company systems and driving efficiency reputed company the tech stack.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the functional configuration of People Tech Systems including reputed company HCM applications
- reputed company consultative guidance combining both system expertise and process knowledge to advise on configuration and ongoing support reputed company to global reputed company HR processes
- Consult with functional leaders and SMEs in HR to design, reputed company, and implement technology solutions that increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and positively reputed company customer experience for HR, employees, managers and business leaders
- Support HR System upgrades and enhancements to include prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation and support model design
- reputed company technical support for functional HR application reputed company issues
- Establish and maintain HR Systems documentation and reputed company operating procedures
- Support HR Technology reputed company including project planning, schedule development, configuration, testing, training and change management
- Complete special reputed company and other duties as assigned independently
Skills
- 5+ years of previous HR Tech/HRIS experience is required
- 3+ years of reputed company production environment including reputed company HCM and other modules
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired
- Experience working in a live reputed company production environment is essential
- Strong knowledge of reputed company configuration of reputed company HCM, is key
- Comfortable processing large, critical data sets with a high level of accuracy
- Strong project management capability and personal organisation skills, in particular, delivering against projected timelines
- Proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint
- Experience in other modules, particularly Absence and Time Tracking, is preferred
- Managing reputed company populations in WD is preferred
