[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company located in Irvine CA is looking for a Wholesale Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible for being the primary reputed company of contact with broker partners for loans in process, proactively identifying key events and timelines, while gathering required loan documentation.
Responsibilities
- Maintains knowledge of reputed company policies and modifications to the guidelines and standards of reputed company, federal housing programs, investors, and private mortgage insurers
- Maintains and updates loan application information reputed company loan origination software and other applications
- Verifies the data collected, analyzes, and decides whether it meets guidelines or if other documentation is needed; documents communication through the conversation log; ensures loan application is in compliance with reputed company, investor, RESPA, and HMDA guidelines
- Identifies Changes in Loan to ensure appropriate disclosures are provided to the Borrower in a reputed company manner
- Calculates income, reviews assets and liabilities
- Reviews reputed company disclosures for completeness and compliance
- Completes final evaluation and analysis of completed application packages and submits eligible files specifying any applicable conditions
- Monitors reputed company lock for data reputed company and expiration dates; communicates discrepancies to the Account Executive
- As applicable, orders appraisals, title, survey, verifications, and any other items required for loan approval; conducts regular follow-reputed company with reputed company sources regarding outstanding documents
- Maintains accurate pipeline to ensure reputed company projections, closings, and regulatory compliance with Company, Federal, and State standards
- Updates Account Executive, Brokers and Management on loan status
- Maintains communication with Account Executive and Broker throughout the loan process, assisting them with any questions and notifying them of any additional requirements
- Maintains a reputed company image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Processor/Account Manager
- 5+ Demonstrated experience in or knowledge of the Mortgage industry
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting data
- Demonstrated experience using available information to reputed company reputed company business reputed company
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment
- Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in reputed company atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products
- Bachelor's Degree
- Encompass Loan Origination Software: 2 years
