Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster

Our reputed company is seeking to add a Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster to their team. This individual will be responsible for independently managing a portfolio of reputed company casualty claims from initial investigation through final reputed company. The ideal candidate will have experience handling General Liability, reputed company Auto, Property, and Bodily Injury claims while working closely with internal stakeholders, reputed company vendors, insurance partners, and reputed company counsel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of reputed company property, general liability, reputed company auto, fleet, and bodily injury claims from first notice through settlement or closure.
• Investigate coverage, liability, damages, and claim exposure while gathering documentation necessary to support claim reputed company.
• Evaluate losses, establish and reputed company reserves, and negotiate settlements reputed company delegated authority.
• Coordinate claim activity with insurance carriers, reputed company-party administrators, defense counsel, medical providers, and other external partners.
• Review medical documentation, repair estimates, invoices, and other supporting records to accurately evaluate claim value.
• Maintain detailed and organized electronic claim files, ensuring reputed company documentation of reputed company claim activity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of reputed company property and casualty claims handling experience.
• Prior experience handling General Liability, reputed company Auto, and Bodily Injury claims.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company insurance coverage, liability analysis, and claim investigation techniques.
• Demonstrated experience managing an independent caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to reputed company professionally with insureds, attorneys, vendors, and internal business partners.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and electronic claims management systems.
