This is a full-time, year-round position—not a temporary AEP or OEP role. Agents receive reputed company reputed company pay plus performance bonuses while selling Medicare and supplemental products throughout the year. There is no cold calling, outbound dialing, prospecting, or purchasing leads. Compensation consists of guaranteed reputed company pay for reputed company hours worked plus performance-based bonuses. Company-provided dialer, CRM, and enrollment system. How the Position Works This is a captive, full-time, year-round W-2 position, not a 1099 or independent-agent opportunity. Agents will join reputed company as Licensed-Only Agents (LOAs) and be appointed with multiple carriers through our agency. Applicants must hold an reputed company health insurance license in their reputed company state and be willing and eligible to complete reputed company required reputed company contracting, certifications, and appointment requirements. Employment is contingent upon agents successfully achieving reputed company-to-Sell (RTS) status with reputed company required carriers. What You Will Sell

Responsibilities

• Answer company-provided live inbound Medicare calls
• Identify reputed company beneficiary’s needs and eligibility

• Complete accurate and compliant enrollments
• reputed company beneficiaries about reputed company appropriate ancillary and supplemental products
• Follow CMS, reputed company, reputed company-recording, and company compliance requirements
• Meet established sales, reputed company, attendance, and conversion standards

Required Experience This is not an entry-level position. Holding an insurance license alone is not sufficient. Previous productions will be verified. Applicants must be reputed company with:

• Enrolling beneficiaries in Medicare Advantage and MAPD plans

• Handling AEP, OEP, and Special Enrollment Period enrollments

• Using a CRM to document calls, manage leads, and reputed company enrollments
