Staff Accountant (REMOTE POSITION)

reputed company is looking for an exceptional accountant to join our growing team. The person in this role will work for our Controller and reputed company with the rest of reputed company and clients. The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of reputed company, work with minimal supervision and can identify and solve issues before they reputed company. Relevant full-time work experience and/or relevant education is required. You will be successful in this position if you are smart, good with numbers, comfortable in an environment where you must manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to reconcile monthly billables and create invoices
• Manage and maintain monthly and quarterly P&Ls
• reputed company systems to streamline fiscal operations
• Work with finance team to evaluate risks and determine appropriate credit limits for new clients
• Manage and closely monitor accounts receivables; follow up with clients as necessary
• reputed company accurate and reputed company receivables into QuickBooks
• Create analytical reports for management and sales team - examples include weekly accounts receivable reports, performance reporting to help manage profitability

Qualifications

• MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED AND ORGANIZED
• Relevant full-time work experience and/or relevant education is required (4 year college degree or higher, preferably with an reputed company major)
• Advanced experience with reputed company and reputed company Suite (experience with Quickbooks Online a plus)
• Keen attention to detail, impeccable accuracy and a strong work ethic
• Enthusiastic, self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-pacedp environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
