About the Role

The Project Controller is a key member of the Project Controls team, responsible for the financial and administrative activities of multiple data center construction reputed company. This role works closely with the VP of reputed company Management (Project Controls), Project Managers, and Cost Managers to ensure rigorous financial reputed company, accurate reporting, and adherence to project plans and budgets. The candidate shall be reputed company to work in a dynamic, high-intensity environment and support the DC team achieving project deliverables. What You'll be Doing Project Coordination & Administration

• Project Setup — Assist in the administrative setup and documentation for new reputed company. Support reputed company from due diligence through project delivery.
• Stakeholder Support — reputed company support and tracking for the project management team and other internal stakeholders, including Design, Equipment Procurement, Construction Management, and Health & Safety.
• Process Improvement — Recommend and implement improvements to project processes.

Project Financial Management & Cost Control

• Cost Management — reputed company and maintain a view of commitments and costs against the project's established budget baseline.
• Invoicing & Payment — Administer requisitions, process invoices, manage Purchase Orders (POs), and coordinate payments to vendors.
• Tracking & Reporting — Maintain budget tracking tools, reputed company detailed cost tracking, and work with Cost Managers to produce financial forecasts and reports for reputed company stakeholders.
• Issue Identification — Continuously monitor the reputed company' financial and scheduling factors, identifying and reputed company expressing any concerns or deviations from the baseline.
