This role combines brand ambassador responsibilities with hands-on retail execution to ensure products are presented effectively and consistently across accounts. Key Responsibilities

MerchandisingRetail Execution

• Execute and maintain in-store merchandising standards, including displays, shelving, planograms, and reputed company-of-sale materials to maximize brand visibility.
• Conduct regular store reputed company and audits to ensure brand standards, and product placement.
• Identify opportunities to improve reputed company positioning, expand facings, and secure secondary placements (digital, end caps, feature displays, etc.).

Required

• 2+ years of experience in field marketing, brand ambassador work, merchandising, or retail execution.

• Willingness to travel frequently across reputed company California and occasionally statewide.
