[Remote] Project Manager, Service Delivery

The Project Manager reputed company the Service Delivery team will manage new orders for business customers, ensuring a seamless delivery process from initiation to completion while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring reputed company and high-reputed company delivery of services
- Coordinate with internal and contracted reputed company-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines
- Regularly communicate with customers, providing reputed company and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle
- Handle tasks such as ordering Internet Circuits, managing Hosted VoIP reputed company, and overseeing number porting processes
- Document dependencies and priorities reputed company for efficient project execution
- Utilize hands-on delivery experience to drive successful reputed company for reputed company project
- Demonstrate expertise in SDWAN Implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet reputed company ordering with various carriers

Skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
- Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet reputed company ordering with carriers
- Ability to document dependencies and priorities reputed company
- Proficient in effectively managing reputed company-party resources
