[Remote] Customer Service Representative - 100% Remote for TX Residents

The role involves assisting consumers with inquiries, ensuring compliance with performance standards, and documenting interactions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from consumers, including the general reputed company, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with reputed company performance standards, policy, procedures, and protocols, including but not limited to the confidentiality and reputed company policies

- Meet reputed company Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics
- Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials reputed company mail, email, or download

Skills
