Responsibilities
- The Medicare department is reputed company 7 Days a week
- FT Shifts will reputed company from reputed company - Saturday from reputed company - 8:15PM
- This is a 37.5 hour week but OT is offered and sometimes required as needed for over 40 hours
- Training will 8:30AM - 4:45PM Monday through Friday from 8/24/2026 - 11/23/2026
- Candidates must be flexible to work these hours for this role

- Medicare CSRs handle claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, etc.and work with customers to solve problems
