[Remote] RCM Performance Analyst - Full Time - Remote

Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end ambulatory reputed company cycle performance
- reputed company dashboards and reports (Days in A/R, denial rates, clean claim reputed company, etc.)
- Identify trends and reputed company actionable insights

- Collaborate with operations, billing, and coding teams
- Monitor payer performance and reimbursement trends
- Support urgent care workflow optimization
- Assist with automation and reporting enhancements
- Ensure compliance with coding and payer regulations

- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years of reputed company reputed company cycle analytics experience
- Strong understanding of the full reputed company cycle
- Proficiency in reputed company, SQL, or similar tools
- Experience with EHR/PM systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in urgent care or high-volume outpatient settings
- Proficiency with Power BI

- Knowledge of urgent care billing nuances
